Project Overview
Renovation and conversion of an existing 4,000 SF shell space into a fully operational restaurant. The project included a commercial kitchen and baking area, walk-in coolers and refrigerators, seating for 60 guests, and all new Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
